Product characteristics
Nitric oxide has very active chemical properties. When it reacts with oxygen, it can form corrosive gaseous nitrogen dioxide, which can react with water to form nitric acid.
Application instructions
Nitric oxide can be used in oxidation and chemical vapor deposition processes in semiconductor production, and can also be used to make standard gas mixtures for atmospheric monitoring.
